If there was only one word to describe this 3BR resale condo, it would be “elegant”. This space predominantly uses whites and soft greys, the overall light colour scheme enhances the spaciousness of this place. The wall behind the television is clad in a white glossy marble slab, which ties in with the glossy flooring, creating a cohesive and elegant look. This project uses a lot of marble, with the centre piece of the dining area being a sleek marble dining table with a polished surface that once again exudes elegance. With a long and muted table, it is essential to have a statement light piece, which in this case is a contemporary circle light fixture.

Bathroom

The two bathrooms for this project has a cohesive theme with contrasting colours. The use of monochromatic marbling with a contrasting vein has made these two bathrooms appear sophisticated and very luxurious. The floating vanity is also a good way to incorporate some storage while still looking sleek. With a large mirror in both bathrooms, it helps to make the areas look more spacious. The pentagonal shaped shower screen and door is also a clever way to separate the dry and wet areas given a small space.

Walk-in Wardrobe

This walk-in wardrobe balance functionality with sophisticated aesthetics. The gold doorframes and handles add a touch of luxury in the otherwise plain room.
