Due to the details involved in each specific project, we can only provide 360/3D renderings for clients after confirmation. We do not wish to give a general Rendering that doesn’t reflect what would be built for our clients. However, we provide plenty of image references during our conversations with our clients to aid them in visualization!
We follow the standard CaseTrust recommended progressive payment terms. A deposit of 10% is collected upon confirmation, and you should receive 3D renderings, proposed 2D space planning, and color selections before the project commences.
Payments are collected in stipulated milestones such as the commencement of hacking works, commencement of masonry works, completion of masonry works, and commencement of carpentry works. These payment milestones can be discussed with your interior designers, as different projects have different weights and scopes. There should be no instances where you pay more than 25% of what is executed on-site.
We understand that homeowners are usually very excited to start working on their new homes! However, we recommend looking for an interior designer a maximum of 6 months in advance. This will give you sufficient time to sieve through multiple interior designers before you decide who to work with!
We provide a minimum 18-month warranty for all non-masonry scopes and a five-year waterproofing warranty for wet works. However, the renovation industry relies on building extensive networks (relationship building) – and we never know, you might be our client again in the future! If issues arise outside the warranty period, please discuss them with your respected interior designers. They’ll be more than willing to help!
