You will be allowed to make changes to the render.

Slightly before the key collection, we will guide you through the process of selecting designs and colours of the materials, like tiles, fluted panels, vinyls, and laminates. This allows us to start ordering ahead of time, ensuring a smoother and more efficient renovation process.

Once we kickstart the renovation, we will provide you with a file detailing the timeline for each stage, such as masonry, electrician and carpentry work. This schedule will also include important dates for coordinating the arrival of items like built-in appliances. This way, we can keep everything organised and ensure a seamless process.

After completion, we will hand your new home to you and give you time to settle in and thoroughly inspect the condition of the house.
